Region on the Rise

Join your peers to explore critical topics in Greater Philadelphia's development and construction sectors, and be among the first to visit the tallest building in the region. Come to Region on the Rise, Wednesday, May 28 at the new, 57 story Comcast Center in Center City Philadelphia.

The Chamber is partnering with the General Building Contractors Association for a fourth year to present this event.

Region on the Rise will feature a panel discussion with leaders in construction, real estate, design and engineering, followed by interactive workshops on sustainability and zoning.

The panelists, including Andrew Altman, Director of Commerce and Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, City of Philadelphia and The Honorable Dennis Yablonsky, Secretary, Community and Economic Development, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will address compelling topics in the region, including neighborhood revitalization, the waterfronts, infrastructure, the residential boom, mortgage issues, and the impact and status of sustainability in the Greater Philadelphia region.
